Definitions
- Promoter – Prime Intelligence Ltd (Company No.: 14826156) whose registered office is at [ Unit 2 30-40 Underwood Street, Murray Grove, London, England, N1 7JQ].
- Website – https://www.zapvelo.com/ (the "Site").
- Prize – The prize for each competition will be specified and will remain at the discretion of the Promoter. No alternative cash amount will be provided unless otherwise stated.
- Entrant – The person who completes the entry to the competition. Only the Entrant shall be able to claim the prize from the competition.
- Entry – A ticket number must be selected manually or via a random allocation (lucky dip), and payment made before the entry is valid. Entry can also be made by the free-entry route specified in clause 15.
- Competition – The competition will end once the timer has run out or the maximum number of entries has been reached. Competitions are never extended unless unavoidable due to technical issues.
General Terms and Conditions
- By entering the competition, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Contact details must be provided to the Promoter by the Entrant as specified in the competition. It is the responsibility of the Entrant to ensure the Promoter has correct and up-to-date contact details for the claiming of any prizes.

By submitting their contact details, Entrants agree these may be held by the Promoter for necessary reasons under applicable Data Protection laws. The Promoter may need to disclose these details under any legal, regulatory, or financial obligations.

The competition is run by the Promoter and is only open to Entrants aged 18 and over, located in Great Britain. Photo ID may be requested to verify proof of age when claiming any prize that is won.

By entering the competition, the Entrant understands that payment of the entry fee does not guarantee that they will win a prize.

The maximum number of entries per person will vary by competition and will be displayed in the product description of each prize.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that entering the competition does not contravene any laws in their country of residence. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for Entrants entering competitions illegally.

These Terms and Conditions and all competition administration are governed by the laws of Great Britain.

All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned after submission.

The Promoter does not guarantee the value of the Prize and is not liable for any faults or defects at the time of exchange.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any Entrant believed to have contravened any of the Terms and Conditions or acted in an illegal or fraudulent manner. The Promoter’s decision is final.

Entrants will be asked to provide their contact details and payment details. Once the entry is submitted, payment will be taken via the method supplied.

Entry to the competition is non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled by the Promoter.

The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered regarding winners or any other decisions made by the Promoter.

The Entrant understands and agrees that the requirements to provide goods within 30 days under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations shall not apply to these competitions or prizes.
Postal (Free) Entry Method

The Competition can be entered for free by post. To enter via this method, the Entrant must first create a free account on the Website (if they do not already have one) and send a postcard or letter stating which competition they wish to enter, along with the following personal details:

A random ticket number will be allocated per postal entry, and confirmation of their ticket number will be emailed. All competitions will have enough tickets reserved for at least 4 days to provide time for postal entries to arrive. Postal Entrants have an equal chance of winning as paid Entrants.
Each postcard/letter must be sent individually with a first-class or second-class stamp. Any requests for postal entries where the email address is not linked to an active Website account, or where the competition has sold out, will not be processed.
Postal entries must be received at the Promoter’s address by 4pm the day before the draw date, as advertised on the competition page and official social channels. Entries received after the competition is closed will be invalid.

Any entries without proper postage or received at an incorrect address will be invalid. Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted. -
Draw, Notification & Prize Fulfilment

The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator or random draw mechanism. The draw will be conducted live online (e.g., via the Promoter’s official social channels). The date and time of the draw will be advertised in advance.

The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner using the details provided by the Entrant. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the competition closing, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The prize will be delivered free of charge to the winner or made available for collection, as agreed. The Promoter accepts no liability for loss or damage during delivery.

By entering the competition, the winner agrees to their full name and town/city of residence being published on the Website and social media platforms for the purpose of winner announcements and promotional content. The Promoter may request photographs or a video with the prize for promotional purposes.
Other Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of cancellation, all paid entry fees will be refunded.

The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

Any Entrant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, hacking, or other behaviour deemed inappropriate by the Promoter will have their entry voided without refund.

Funds held in any Entrant's digital wallet or credit are non-refundable and may only be used to purchase competition entries.

The Promoter may use the provided email address to send marketing emails, which Entrants can opt out of at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.

These Terms & Conditions form a contract between the Promoter and the Entrant and are governed by the laws of [insert relevant jurisdiction: England, Scotland, or both].
