How to apply
Under the Cycle to Work scheme, only Class 2 pedal-assist E-Bikes with a motor output of up to 250W and a maximum assisted speed of 25km/h (15.5mph) are eligible.
Pricing Note: For Cycle to Work orders, the final price is the original retail price plus 10%.The final price is based on the quote provided by us.

Pick the bike and accessories you’d like. Send us (info@zapvelo.com) the details and we’ll prepare an itemised quote that you can use for your Cycle to Work application.
2. Apply via Bike2Work or Cycle Solutions
Submit your application through your employer’s chosen provider—Bike2Work or Cycle Solutions—using our quote. Your employer will review and approve the salary‑sacrifice request.
3. Receive Your Voucher / eCertificate
Once approved, the provider will issue a voucher (eCertificate). Forward this to us or bring it in‑store so we can validate and reserve your items.
4. Redeem & Collect (or Arrange Delivery)
We’ll process your order as soon as the voucher is confirmed and let you know when it’s ready for collection or delivery. Your salary‑sacrifice deductions then begin through payroll.
